Terms of sale
The Terms of Sale are part of On The Run Detailing LLC Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests abide when using the service. When you book online or by phone, you should read and agree to the booking terms before making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment terms and conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the requested service. On The Run Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit card. Any declined card may require the customer to find another solution for payment of the completed service. A collection process may start 48 hours after a refused card. The customer is responsible for reasonable debt collection costs if payment is not made after service.
Late cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. Inside the 48-hour period, a $50 fee is charged to compensate the technician. This rule applies for retail-priced car-detailing appointments.
Satisfaction policy
If there is probable and clear cause that the technician did not fulfil the ordered package or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, On The Run Detailing will redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion at its cost. Claims must be filed within 24 hours by phone, email, or text message, with photographs of the area sent within 24 hours of the claim.
Appointment time
Traffic or exceptional circumstances may affect arrival. Please allow a 30 to 90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. On The Run Detailing will do its best to let you know about any delay.
Terms of SMS messaging
When opted in, you will receive SMS or MMS messages to your mobile number. These messages may include offers, coupons, or other information. You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that contacts you. Message and data rates may apply.
Spin-to-win offer
Customers who voluntarily opt in to marketing email and text messages may spin for a 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, or 30% discount on their next booking. The selected discount is sent with the booking request and must be confirmed by On The Run Detailing before the appointment.
